Marbled Sunset

This weekend, I met up with fellow blogger and friend Alisha for a chilled afternoon in Surry Hills and Bondi. There are always two things we do when in each others company: Coffee (very important!) and a good catch up about our week. We were both invited to a bloggers lunch at The Winery this Sunday which was a great way to meet fellow fashionista’s in the Sydney area. After our meet up, we made our way to Bondi beach for golden hour. Messina Gelato is a mandatory visit when in the area so we scoffed our faces with coconut and salted caramel yumminess!

My look was pretty relaxed, sporting a monochrome panelled dress from Lavish Alice. It’s nice going back to my roots and introducing British Brands back into my wardrobe again. The dress has a very Alexander Wang feel about it and love the split layering that gives the dress its identity. Earlier this year I bought into the marble trend and I am so happy that this trend has been brought back by many Aussie companies. I must say, August Street has the best cracked paint effect ranges this season, which I’ve been showing my Instagram followers over the last couple of weeks.

This duster coat was a must have for the trans seasonal weather we have in Sydney. Perfect over tees and knits and can definitely see myself cloaking it over a bikini at the beach this summer. I got the one pictured here from a British online store called Fashion Union. Their pieces are on trend and affordable. Plus, it’s a good way to buy into Northern Hemisphere fashion without breaking the bank.

I hope all the Sydneysiders are staying dry this week. The rain has really belted it down. Counting down the days until summer! You can stay up to date on my daily posts by following my Instagram page @bohochic_nlt. Have a good week!
